摘　　要：国家电网调度数据网是为电力调度生产服务的专用数据网络,是智能电网调度系统建设的重要支撑平台。国家电网公司"十二五"期间将开展调度数据网的建设工作,以保障智能电网的安全可靠运行。文章通过对电力调度数据网承载业务类型的具体分析,结合电力通信传输网络现状,提出了国家电网调度数据网的网络组织及网络安全防护方案。Power dispatching data network is a private data network servicing for the power dispatching and production.It is an important supporting platform for the construction of smart grid.During the ＂Twelfth Five-Year Plan＂ period,the construction of dispatching data network will be carried out by State Grid Corporation of China to ensure safe and reliable operation of smart grid.This paper analyses the services carried by power dispatching data network.Based on the current situation of power communication transmission network,the network configuration and the security solutions are also put forward in the paper.
