摘 要:optim纤维是经物理拉伸改性变细的羊毛纤维,原有的卷曲率性能发生了改变。该文探讨染色皂洗工艺的一项试验方案:从染色温度60℃~98℃之间中,选择保温时间为5min~45min,纯碱浓度为2g/L~3.5g/L,分别测试其皂洗后色毛的卷曲率变化规律。测试结果表明:在相同碱浓度下,随着温度升高,在75℃之前,卷曲率有明显增大,当温度高于75℃以后,卷曲率开始快速减小。在相同皂洗温度下,碱浓度的变化对卷曲率变化没有明显规律,但至80℃以上时,随碱浓度提高,卷曲率总体上随之减小。在相同碱浓度下,皂洗时间20min以内,变化不明显,但之后随着皂洗时间的延长,卷曲率缓慢地减小。在相同皂洗时间里,皂洗碱浓度增加反而使纤维卷曲率减小。该文的试验,可为探讨optim纤维的染色工艺制定提供技术参考意见。Optim wool is a wool fibre modified by physical stretching with its crimp ratio changed into a finer diameter.This article discusses the process of dyeing and soaping experiment of optim wool:dyeing is performed at 60℃~98℃,holding for 5min~45min,with sodium carbonate concentration 2g/L-3.5g/L.The laws of crimp change of the fibre are tested respectinvely.Under the same alkalinity,crimp ratio of the fibre significantly increases as the temperature is below 75℃;when the temperature is higher than 75℃,the crimp ratio begins to decrease rapidly. When the soaping temperature is fixed,the effect of alkali concentration on the change of crimp dose not show obvious rule,but when up to or above 80℃,increasing alkali concentration decreases the crimp ratio.When alkali concentration remains fixed,soaping time within 20min does not change the crimp ratio significantly,but extending soaping time decreases the crimp ratio slowly.When soaping time remains unchanged,increasing alkali concentration decreases the crimp ratio.This article may provides some technical reference for the dyeing of optim wool.
