摘  要:在pH8.6-9.9的条件下,苯唑西林(OXA)与甲基紫(MV)发生反应生成紫色离子缔合物,产生明显的退色现象,其最大和次大负吸收波长分别位于529和606nm,线性范围均为0-4.1μg/mL,表观摩尔吸光系数(ε)分别为2.63×10^4L·mo^-l ·cm^1(λ=529nm)和2.28×10^4L·mol^-1·cm^-1(λ=606nm),苯唑西林在一定浓度范围内服从比尔定律,据此建立了测定苯唑西林的退色分光光度法。用于市售苯唑西林药物中苯唑西林的测定,结果满意。At a pH value of 8.6~9.9,oxacillin(OXA) can react upon methyl violet(MV) to form purple ion association complexes and cause obvious fading.The maximum negative absorption wavelength and sub-major negative absorption wavelength of the system were 529 nm and 606 nm,respectively,and their linear range was 0~4.1 μg/mL and apparent molar absorptivity(ε) was 2.63×104 L·mol-1·cm-1(529 nm)and 2.28×104 L·mol-1·cm-1(606 nm),respectively.Oxacillin obeys the Beer′s law in a definite concentration range.A novel washed-out spectrophotometric method for the determination of oxacillin was thereby developed.This method has been applied to the determination of oxacillin content in the commercially available oxacillin medicament with satisfactory results.
