摘　　要：目的提倡以人为本,患者医疗安全第一,打造清洁、安全医院感染控制理念。方法医院在感染预防控制硬件建设上,投入数千万元,确保内镜检查一人一镜;口腔治疗一人一钻四手操作;血液透析专室专机等;管理模式上,通过制度和文化途径相结合的方式,推动医院感染控制工作的执行力。结果医院不计成本的投入,感染控制工作执行力的提高,赢得了患者的信任度和认知度,确保了患者安全透析,实现了绿色内镜、百姓放心的承诺,打造了绿色口腔的诊疗品牌,同时也增加了患者的就诊量和医院的经济效益。结论患者医疗安全第一,清洁、安全的医院感染控制理念,是医院发展的推动力。OBJECTIVE To advocate the people-oriented concept and the concept of safety first, to establish a clean and safe concept of nosocomial infection control. METHODS In recent years, hospital infection prevention and control was performed to ensure one person one endoscopy, one person one drill four hands operation in oral treatment and special machine in special chamber for dialysis patients. The implementation of hospital infection control was promoted by combination of system approach and cultural ways. RESULTS Regardless of the cost and improved the execution of infection control won the trust and recognition of the patients. The safety of dialysis was ensured, green endoscopies was realized and green dental clinic was created. Meanwhile, the volume of patients visits and hospital economic effects were increased. CONCLUSION Patient care safety first and the clean and safe hospital infection control concepts are the driving force of the hospital development.
