摘　　要：目的加强专科医院医院感染的环节管理,提高医护质量,确保医疗安全。方法加强组织领导,建立健全医院感染管理体系,采取全员教育,全体参与,增强医护人员医院感染知识和防范意识,规范医疗行为。结果实行各环节的规范化管理,消除了医疗安全隐患,提高了消毒灭菌质量,降低了医院感染发生率。结论加强环节管理和过程监控是控制医院感染的有效措施,是提高医护质量和确保医疗安全的重要保障。OBJECTIVE To improve the quality of medical care by strengthening the process of nosocomial infection management in a specialized hospital so as to ensurethe medical safety. METHODS The organizational leadership was enhanced, the nosocomial infection management mechanism was set up by way of universal education and total involvement of all staff possessing to improve the knowledge and protective consciousness and regulate the medical treatments. RESULTS The management of all processes was regulated, the hidden perils of the medical safety was eliminated, the quality of disinfection and sterilization was improved, and the incidence of nosocomial infection was reduced. CONCLUSION Strengthening the process management and supervision is the effective to control the nosocomial infection and essentially ensure the quality of medical care and medical safety.
