无卤阻燃聚烯烃电缆护套料的研制

摘　　要：以乙烯-乙酸乙烯酯塑料(EVAC)为基体,氢氧化镁[Mg(OH)2]为阻燃剂,红磷(RP)和氰尿酸三聚氰胺(MCA)为阻燃协效剂,制备了一种可应用于电缆护套料的无卤阻燃复合材料。探讨了Mg(OH)2、RP、MCA用量对复合材料性能的影响。结果表明,当Mg(OH)2为120份、RP为3.0份、MCA为3.0份、交联剂过氧化二异丙苯为2.0份、抗氧剂1010为0.5份、助抗氧剂168为0.2份时,制备的无卤阻燃交联EVAC复合材料具有优异的阻燃性能、力学性能及电学性能,符合无卤阻燃聚烯烃电缆护套料的技术标准。With ethylene-vinyl acetate （E/VAC） as matrix, magnesium hydroxide [ Mg （OH）2 ] as flame retardant and red phosphors （ RP）, melamine cyanurate （ MCA ） as flame-retardant synergists, the composite for halogen - free flame retardant cable material was prepared. The effects of Mg （ OH ） 2, RP and MCA contents on properties of the composite were investigated. The results showed that the composite with Mg （ OH ） 2, 120 phr; RP, 3.0 phr; MCA, 3.0 phr ; DCP, 2.0 phr ; anti-oxidant 1010, 0.5 phr ; antioxidant 168, 0.2 phr exhibited excellent flame retardancy, mechanical properties and electrical properties, which could meet the standard of halogen-free flame retardant cable materials.
