肝硬化病人血浆内皮素含量对肾功能的影响

摘　　要：为探讨内皮素在肝硬化病人肾功能障碍中所起的作用，采用放免法测定３７例肝硬化病人血浆内皮素水平。结果发现血浆内皮素在代偿期肝硬化病人中较正常人及肝硬化伴腹水和肝肾综合征病人明显增高，与肌酐清除率呈负相关（γ＝－０６６，Ｐ＜００５）。To study the influence of plasma endothelin (ET) on renal failure in patients with cirrhosis,the level of ET was detected by radioimmunoassay in both 37 patients with cirrhosis and normal controls.The results showed that the ET level correlated negatively with creatinine clearance (γ=-0 66, P <0 05),and in compensated cirrhosis cases was obviously higher than that in normal controls or that in cirrhotic patients with ascites and hepatorenal syndrome,suggesting the plasma ET has certain effect on the renal function of compensated cirrhotic patients.
