摘　　要：神经科学是非常复杂的系统科学,它的研究涉及到大数据量的计算和分析,少量电脑往往很难完成这样复杂的计算分析任务,在处理效率上也难以满足科研需要。所以,在研究过程中,运用分布式方法是非常必要的。CORBA是目前比较流行的分布式技术之一,随着技术的不断成熟,应用范围越来越广。另外,运用CORBA技术搭建分布式框架具有许多优势,该文给出了运用CORBA分布式技术测量多神经元群数据的构建方法,构建了一个小型的分布式系统,证明了运用分布式在计算效率方面具有显著优势。在此基础上对分布式系统扩充,效率优势会更加明显。Neuroscience research often involves highly computing and data intensive applications because of its enormous complexity.The computation resources required by these applications will be prohibitively large for a centralized machine,and the price of the super computer is so valuable that it is essential to use distributed method in the course of research.Corba is one of the most popular distributed techniques.As the technology continues to mature,more and more wide range of applications.Furthermore,there are many virtues to structure distributed model by corba technique,this article present the structure method to measure multiple neuronal populations by Corba distributed technique,constructed a small distributed system,and the prominent efficiency by using distributed technique has been testified,the efficiency will be more obvious as expansion of the distributed system.
