摘  要:利用高效液相色谱法,建立了阿维菌素在柑桔和土壤中的残留分析方法。研究了阿维菌素在柑桔和土壤中的残留消解动态,对影响残留分析方法的主要参数进行了优化。柑桔和土壤样品分别用乙腈和二氯甲烷提取,弗罗里硅土柱净化,高效液相色谱仪可变波长紫外检测器检测,外标法定量。结果表明,该方法在柑桔和土壤中的最低检测浓度均为0.01 mg/kg,阿维菌素的平均加标回收率为84.5%~101.1%,变异系数为1.83%~6.61%。消解动态试验表明,阿维菌素的残留量随时间延长而降低,消解动态曲线符合一级动力学方程,在柑桔和土壤中的半衰期分别为6.19 d和7.86 d,属于易降解性农药化合物。A high performance liquid chromotography(HPLC)-ultra villet/visual detection(UV) method has been developed to determine avermectin residue in citrus and soil,and the degradation dynamics of avermectin in citrus and soil were studied.Under the optimum conditions,the performance of the method was evaluated.The results showed that the limit of detection of the method was 4.12×10-10 g,and the limit of quantification in citrus and soil were 0.01 mg/kg for avermectin.Average fortified recovery of the method varied from 84.5% to 101.1% with the relative standard deviation ranging from 1.83% to 6.61%.Furthermore,the degradation dynamics indicated that avermectin degraded continuonsly and the curve of degradation dynamics followed the first-order kinetics equation.The half-lives of avermectin in citrus and soil were 6.19 and 7.86 days,respectively,which indicated that avermectin should be classified as easily degradable agrochemical.
