摘  要:IEC及中国推荐了几种不同的染污方法进行复合绝缘子闪络特性的研究,但对于各种染污方法之间的差异并没有给予说明。试验以复合绝缘子为研究对象,对定量涂刷法、浸污法、喷污法进行了分析和比较。结果表明,交流污秽试验时定量涂刷法比喷污法的污闪电压高4.02%-7.73%,定量涂刷法比浸污法的污闪电压高7.66%-13.19%;对复合绝缘子而言,浸污法和定量涂刷法各有特点,对于不同的试验要求和绝缘子结构可以选用不同的染污方法,喷污法对复合绝缘子染污不适用。Several different polluted methods to conduct the insulator flashover performance research are recommended by IEC and China,but the differences between the polluted methods have not been pointed out.Based on the composite insulator,the quantitative brushing method,dipping method and spraying method were compared.The results indicate that,according to the AC pollution tests,the voltage achieved by the quantitative brushing method is about 4.02%-7.73% higher than spraying method,and quantitative brushing method is about 7.66%-13.19% higher than dipping method.It is found that the quantitative brushing method and dipping method have each's characteristic and the appropriate polluted methods should be chosen according to the specific circumstances of the test.The spraying method does not apply to the composite insulator.
