摘　　要：目的调查癫痫患者的心理健康水平并进行家庭综合干预,提高癫痫患者的生活质量。方法以中国常模做对照,采用90项症状自评量表(SCL-90),对391例确诊为癫痫患者的心理健康水平进行调查,并实施家庭综合干预。结果所有癫痫患者SCL-90各因子分均显著高于国内常模(P<0.05),391例受调查者心理健康水平均低于国内常模的水平。结论癫痫患者的心理健康水平低下,在进行药物治疗的同时,给予家庭综合干预是十分必要的,对于提高癫痫患者的生活质量具有积极的作用。Objective To investigate the mental health level for patients with epilepsy and adopt family comprehensive intervemion to improve their quality of life. Method The mental health level of 391 patients with epilepsy was surveyed by the Symptom Checklist 90 （SCL-90） , and was implemented family comprehensive intervention to their quality of life. Chinese norms was selected as control for comparison. Result The SCL-90 factor scores for all pa- tients with epilepsy were significantly higher than that of Chinese norm （P^0.05）, the mental health level of 391 respondents were lower than that of Chinese norm level. Conclusion The mental health level for patients with epilepsy is low. It Is necessary that patients with epilepsy are given drug treatment and family integrated intervention at the same time. These measures have a positive effect to improve the quality of life of patients with epilepsy.
