摘　　要：建立了HPLC法测定注射用头孢他啶中的头孢他啶与精氨酸。采用C_(18)色谱柱,以乙腈-0.5 mol/L磷酸盐缓冲液(pH 7.0)-0.14%戊烷磺酸钠溶液(40:200:1 760)为流动相,检测波长206 nm。头孢他啶和精氨酸在10～800μg/ml和4～290μg/ml浓度范围内线性关系良好,回收率为99.8%和99.5%,RSD为0.4%和1.0%。An HPLC method was established for the determination of ceftazidime and arginine in ceftazidime for injection.A C_（18） column was used with the mobile phase of acetonitrile-0.5 mol/L phosphate buffer（pH 7.0）-0.14% sodium 1-pentanesulfonate solution（40：200：1 760） at the detection wavelength of 206 nm.The calibration curves of ceftazidime and arginine were linear in the concentration range of 10 - 800μg/ml and 4 - 290μg/ml.The recoveries were 99.8%and 99.5%,with RSDs of 0.4%and 1.0%.
