摘 要:为弄清水稻在不同稻瘟菌毒素处理下的生理反应,探索快速、简便地检测水稻材料稻瘟病抗性的方法,利用不同浓度稻瘟菌的粗毒素对冈优725离体水稻叶片进行处理,分析过氧化物酶(POD)、超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)和可溶性蛋白(SP)的变化。结果表明,不同的毒素浓度对水稻离体叶片的防御酶系有明显的影响,SOD和POD在毒素处理下均表现出先升高后降低的变化规律;高浓度的毒素处理后,可溶性蛋白的含量明显降低。在本试验条件下,POD随毒素处理浓度及时间的变化规律性较强,可以作为水稻抗稻瘟病的生理指标来测定水稻品种的抗病性;可溶性蛋白受毒素的影响能力稍弱,需要较高的毒素浓度(≥50%)诱导其变化。The peroxidase(POD) activity,superoxide dismutase(SOD) activity and soluble protein(SP) content of detached leaves of Gang You 725,which were treated with different density of crude toxin from Magnaporthe grisea,were analyzed to know the physiological reaction of rice treated by crude toxin from Magnaporthe grisea and explore rapid,simple and convenient method for rice blast resistance detection.The results showed that the different concentration of toxin had obvious effect on the defense enzymatic system of detached leaves of paddy rice,the SOD and POD activity first increased and then declined under toxin processing,the SP content obviously reduced treated by high concentration of toxin.The change regularity of POD activity along with the toxin processing concentration and the time was very strong in this study,which could be considered as anti-rice blast physiological index to determine the disease resistance of the paddy rice variety.The soluble protein,which had slightly weak toxin influence ability,needed high toxin concentration to induce its change.
