印染企业集聚区综合污水厂升级改造工程的设计及运行

摘　　要：介绍了湖州市某印染企业集聚区综合污水处理厂的升级改造工程概况,综合分析了调试运行效果,并针对调试中出现的一些问题给出相应的解决措施。该污水厂升级改造工程采用了水解酸化-A/O-混凝沉淀工艺,运行数据表明,该工艺运行稳定可靠,出水水质能稳定达到《城镇污水处理厂污染物排放标准》(GB 18918—2002)的一级B标准。The general situation of upgrading reconstruction project of comprehensive wastewater treatment plant in a printing and dyeing industry cluster zone of Huzhou City is introduced. The commissioning and operation effect is comprehensively analyzed, and the corresponding measures against some problems occurred during the commissioning are given. The upgrading reconstruction project adopts the combined process of hydrolysis acidification, A/O and coagulation sedimentation. The operation data show that the combined process is stable and reliable, and the effluent quality can achieve the first level B criteria specified in the Discharge Standard of Pollutants for Municipal Wastewater Treatment Plant （GB 18918 -2002）.
