摘　　要：摩托车标准是一个系统——一个不可分割的整体。这一系统内的标准配套协调、相互渗透、相互促进,体现了系统的关联性特征。单独改善某一项标准规定的指标甚至某几项指标,不一定能使整车的综合性能有所提高,在某些情况下效果还可能适得其反。只有通过系统优化的方法,才能取得综合满意的结果。The motorcycle standard is a system which is an inseperable entirety. In this system, the standards are coordinated, supported, inter-infiltrated and inter-promoted, reflecting their characteristics of the entirety. The improvement of only one or two items of the indicators is not helpful to the improvement of the comprehensive performance of the entire vehicle or engine, and in some cases the situation will be just the opposite. And the optimization is the best way out.
