摘 要:逆变器的非线性因素如管压降、死区效应、开关管时间等,会对电机驱动系统的性能造成影响。基于此,提出一种基于免疫克隆算法的逆变器非线性补偿方案。和传统补偿方法相比,该方案能智能辨识出非线性因素所对应的等效电压量和电机绕组电阻,不需要查询DSP给定死区时间、逆变器的开关管时间和管压降电压。该方案被使用在一个永磁同步电机驱动平台上,其辨识结果和逆变器数据手册里的性能参数的对比证明该方案具有较高的精确度。Since the performance of normal motor drive suffers from the inverter nonlinearities such as device voltage drop, dead-time effect and switch on/off time, a novel inverter nonlinearity compensation strategy based on immune clonal algorithm is proposed in this paper. Compared with the normal compensation method, the proposed method can identify the equivalent voltage caused by inverter nonlinearity and motor winding resistance without checking the dead time given by DSP, inverter turn on/off time and device voltage drop. The proposed strategy is employed in a Permanent Magnet Synchronous Machine(PMSM) drive system and its accuracy is verified through comparison between the identified results and the parameter values listed in the'inverter datasheet.
