自拟风芪汤对慢性ITP糖皮质激素受体的调节作用

摘　　要：将36例慢性ITP激素抵抗患者分成中药组、中药+强的松组、强的松组,通过中药干预,对比各组治疗前后外周血血小板计数、外周血单个核细胞(PBMC)内两种糖皮质激素受体(GR)α和β表达水平的变化。结果:经中药干预3个月后患者临床症状体征均有好转,中药+激素组疗效较明显,血小板计数及糖皮质激素受体有较明显改善,有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:风芪汤对慢性ITP患者的激素抵抗有一定的逆转作用,增强对激素的敏感性,从而提高疗效。In this study,the 36 patients of CITP with steroid-resistant were divided into in traditional Chinese medicine group,Chinese herbal＋prednisone group,prednisone group.Throug the intervention of traditional Chinese medicine,compared before and after treatment of peripheral blood platelet count,peripheral blood mononuclear cells（PBMC） within the two glucocorticoid receptor（GR） α and β expression level.the results： after three months by traditional Chinese medicine intervention in patients with clinical symptoms and signs were improved,Chinese herbal＋prednisone group have obviously effect than the other groups,platelet count and glucocorticoid hormone receptors have a significant improvement,has statistical significance（P〈0.05）.Conclusion： self Design Feng Qin Sheng Ban Decoction has certain reverse effect of the CITP patients with steroid-resistant and enhance the sensitivity of the hormone,thus raise the efficacy.
