银杏达莫联合羟苯磺酸钙胶囊治疗糖尿病肾病疗效观察

摘　　要：目的:观察银杏达莫注射液联合羟苯磺酸钙胶囊治疗糖尿病肾病的疗效,探讨改善微循环障碍对糖尿病肾病的影响。方法:选择40例糖尿病肾病的患者,采用随机的原则分为治疗组和对照组,治疗组20例,对照组20例。两组均给予一定的基础治疗,治疗组在基础治疗上给予羟苯磺酸钙胶囊联合银杏达莫注射液治疗。10天为1个疗程,连续2个疗程后,两组对比观察疗效。结果:治疗组在治疗2个疗程后临床症状明显改善,血尿素氮、血肌酐、血FIB均较前下降(P<0.01,P<0.05),有显著差异。结论:银杏达莫注射液联合羟苯磺酸钙胶囊治疗糖尿病肾病的疗效显著,说明微循环的改善能提高毒素的清除,延缓糖尿病肾病的进程。Objective：To explore the effects of calcium dobesilate combined with ginkgo-dipyridamole injection for treating diabetic nephropathy（DN）,and to investigate the influence of microcirculation disturbance improve in DN.Methods：40 patients with DN were randomly invided into the treatment and control groups.All the patients were given basal treatment,20 patients in the treatment group were treated with calcium dobesilate combined with ginkgo-dipyridamole injection.10 days was a course of treatment,for 2 courses of treatment,BUN,CR,FIB were determined before and after the treatment.Results：After 2 courses of treatment,in the treatment group the levels of BUN,CR,FIB were significantly decreased（P〈0.05 or P〈0.01）.Conclusion：Ginkgo-dipyridamole combined with calcium dobesilate injection could noticeably strengthen the effects of treating DN and delay the processes of DN,it mechanism might be increasing the clearance of toxins by microcirculation disturbance improve.
