摘  要:目的:建立焦栀子的薄层鉴别与有效成分含量控制方法。方法:采用薄层色谱法,对焦栀子中的西红花酸(crocetin)和栀子苷(Geniposide)进行鉴别,用高效液相色谱法测定焦栀子中西红花酸和栀子苷的含量。结果:8个产地的10批焦栀子中试样品的薄层色谱中,均能检出西红花酸和栀子苷。10批焦栀子中西红花酸的含量范围为0.132%~0.255%,栀子苷的含量范围为2.46%~3.87%。西红花酸的平均回收率为98.23%,RSD为1.15%;栀子苷的平均回收率为98.72%,RSD为1.92%。结论:建立的焦栀子薄层鉴别和有效成分含量控制方法简便、准确,可用于焦栀子的质量控制。Objective:To establish the the method of TCL and the active ingredients content control of Fructus Gardeniae Praeparatus.Methods:Crocetin and geniposide in Fructus Gardeniae Praeparatus were identified by TLC,and their content were respectively determined by HPLC.Results:Both crocetin and geniposide were detected in all samples of 10 batches of Fructus Gardeniae Praeparatus from 8 habitat.Crocetin’s content range in 10 batches of Fructus Gardeniae Praeparatus was 0.132%-0.255%,and geniposide’s was 2.46%-3.87%.Crocetin’s average recovery was 98.23%,RSD was 1.15%;Geniposide’s average recovery was 98.72%;RSD was 1.92%.Conclusion:The method of TCL and the active ingredients content control of Fructus Gardeniae Praeparatus established was convenient and accurate,and it could be used in the quality control of Fructus Gardeniae Praeparatus.
