摘　　要：本文在对当前国内外高校图书馆学科馆员服务绩效评价研究的基础上,将DEA方法和平衡计分卡理论引入学科馆员服务绩效评价中,结合运用问卷调查法、专家访谈法等多种方法,构建起高校图书馆学科馆员服务绩效评价的DEA模型。并针对西南大学图书馆的学科馆员的服务绩效评价进行实证研究,找出影响学科馆员服务绩效的差距的主要影响因素,并提出相应的学科馆员服务绩效改进对策。Based on the study of the service performance appraisal of the subject librarians of university libraries at home and abroad at present,this article introduces the Data Enveloping Analysis（DEA）method and the Balanced Score Card（BSC）theory into the service performance appraisal of the subject librarians.The article combines several methods such as questionnaire investigation method and expert interview method to construct the DEA model for the service performance appraisal of the subject librarians of university libraries.The article makes an empirical study of the service performance appraisal of the subject librarians of Southwest University Library,finds out the main factors affecting the service performance of subject libraries,and puts forward some corresponding countermeasures for the improvement of the service performance of subject libraries.
