摘  要:目的:探讨椎体成形术及降钙素治疗骨质疏松性椎体压缩骨折(OVCFS)的临床疗效。方法:68例患者中,骨水泥成形术组46例,降钙素组22例。记录对比VAS及SF-12评分,骨水泥成形术组椎体高度化和Cobb角改善情况,降钙素组骨密度变化情况。结果:VAS评分及SF-12健康调查评分:降钙素组有波动,总体评分差于骨水泥成形术组。骨密度变化:降钙素组骨密度治疗后有提高。结论:骨水泥成形术治疗OVCFS能够迅速缓解疼痛,但降钙素止疼效果较骨水泥成形术滞后4周,长期应用止痛作用相对减弱,且其增加骨密度能力有限。To study the effects of vertebroplasty and drugs such as c alcitonin in treating osteoporotie vertebral compression fractures (OVCFs).Methods:Among 68 cases of OVCFs,46 cases were treated with bone cementoplasty and 22 eases with calcitonin. A follow up was carried out to record and compare the visual analog scale (VAS),SF-12 health survey scores,change of vertebral height, Cobb angle and bone mineral density (BMD) between the two groups.Results:VAS and SF-12 health survey scores in calcitonin group were fluctuated and lower than those in bone eementoplasty group.The bone mineral density was increased after treatment in calcitonin group.Conclusion:Bone ecmentoplasty can quickly relieve pain in treating OVCFs.The analgesic effect of calcitonin could be lagged for 4 weeks than bone cemcntoplasty and relatively weakened by long-term using. Calcitonin's ability to enhance BMD is limit.
