胺碘酮联合门冬氨酸钾镁治疗恶性心律失常的疗效观察

摘　　要：目的:探讨胺碘酮联合门冬氨酸钾镁注射液治疗恶性心律失常的临床效果。方法:将在我院治疗的恶性心律失常患者52例随机分为观察组和对照组,在综合治疗的基础上对照组给予利多卡因治疗,观察组给予胺碘酮联合门冬氨酸钾镁注射液治疗。结果:观察组总有效率为96.15%,对照组为69.23%,两组比较差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组患者均获得复律,无死亡病例;对照组1例心室扑动及1例心室颤动患者死亡。两组患者均未见明显的药物不良反应。结论:胺碘酮联合门冬氨酸钾镁注射液治疗恶性心律失常的临床效果明确。To investigate the effect of amiodarone combined with potassium aspartate and magnesium aspartate injection in treating malignant arrhythmia.Metbods：52 cases of malignant arrhythmia were divided into the observation group and the control group.The control group received the treatment of lidocaine and the observation group received the treatment of amiodarone combined with potassium aspartate and magnesium aspartate injection.Results：The total effective rate was 96.15% in the observation group and 69.23% in the control group with significant difference between them （P〈0.05）. All the patients in the observation group got recover normal heart rhythm without death. But there were 2 cases of death in the control group,one case with ventricular flutter and another with fibrillation ventricular. There was no obvious adverse drug reactions in the two groups.Conclusion：Amiodarone combined with potassium aspartate and magnesium aspartate injection has definite effect to treat malignant arrhythmia, which is worth being used.
