复合脉冲磁性治疗仪佐治婴幼儿迁延性腹泻疗效观察

摘　　要：目的:观察复合脉冲磁性治疗仪在婴幼儿迁延性腹泻治疗中的临床疗效。方法:120例迁延性腹泻患儿随机分为2组,患儿均予静脉滴注、口服肠道微生态制剂及蒙脱石散,治疗组同时每天行腹部经皮脉冲1次,对照组不行此治疗,3天后观察疗效。结果:治疗组显效率66.7%,总有效率93.7%;对照组显效率35.1%,总有效率73.7%,P<O.01,差异有显著统计学意义。结论:复合脉冲磁性治疗仪是治疗婴幼儿迁延性腹泻的理想辅助方法,联合肠道微生态制剂及蒙脱石散等药物治疗可以尽早改善临床症状、缩短患儿恢复时间。To investigate the effect of Complex Pulse Magnetic Therapy Apparatus in the treatment of infantile persisting diarrhea.Methods：120 patients were randomly divided into two groups.All the patients were treated with intestinal microecological preparations and montmorillonite powder by oral intake, as well as fluid infusion through venous path.Only the experiment group was administered by Complex Pulse Magnetic Therapy Apparatus.We observed the effect after 3 d.Results：The obvious effective rate and the total effective rate in the experiment group were 66.7% and 93.7%,those of the control group were 35.1% and 73.7% respectively,with significant statistical difference between the two groups （P〈0.01）.Conclusion：Complex Pulse Magnetic Therapy Apparatus is an ideal adjuvant treatment of infantile persisting diarrhea,which can relief the symptoms and reduce the duration of disease when combined with oharmacotherapy.
