摘　　要：目的:探讨白内障合并糖尿病患者实施白内障摘除联合人工晶体植入术前、后的护理特点。方法:回顾性分析125例白内障合并糖尿病患者的护理资料。结果:患者短期内恢复较好的视力,效果满意。结论:糖尿病对视网膜、玻璃体、虹膜等解剖及功能均有影响,手术风险性大,加强此类患者的护理工作尤为重要,实施心理专业的护理及健康教育,可以提高手术成功率,增强患者的满意度。To probe into the nursing experience in the patients with complicating diabetes before and after cataract removal combined intraocular lens implantation.Methods ：To summarize and review the preoperative and postoperative nursing in 125 cases of cataract complicating diabetes.Results ： The patients recovered the good vision in a short time with the satisfactory effects.Conclusion： Diabetes affects the anatomic structure and function of retina, vitreous body and iris.Operation has high risk and is easy to lead to postoperative complications. The vision may be poorly recovered ,even without any improvement.It is very important to reinforce the nursing. Implementing psychological cares and health education to the patients can increase the success rate of operation and the satisfaction of patients.
