摘 要:目的探讨使用低剂量核素在骨显像及图像融合显像中的临床应用价值。方法选择40例肿瘤患者行单光子发射型/计算机断层显像装置(SPECT/CT)骨显像,其中注射低剂量(10 mCi)20例,常规剂量(15~25 mCi)20例,采用相同扫描速度,将所得图像予以分析。对疑似骨转移患者(共21例)行骨图像融合。将注射上述两种剂量患者的图像通过3位医师分析。结果低剂量与常规剂量核素在骨显像及融合图像中的图像质量均可达到诊断标准,采用感兴趣区(ROI)定量分析得出两种剂量平均计数相差7.78%。结论低剂量核素在骨显像及融合显像中的显像质量均能达到诊断标准。Objective To explore the clinical value of the bone imaging and imaging fusion technologies by using the low dose nuclide.Methods To choose 40 malignant tumor patients scanned by single photon emission computer tomography/computer tomography(SPECT/CT);to inject 20 patients with the low nuclide dose(10 mCi),give the other 20 patients regular dose(15-25 mCi);scan the above cases in the whole body bone scintigraphy,and scan the low and regularly dose cases in the same speed,then render the images to doctors to confirm the suspected bone metastasis patients(21 cases) to integrate the SPECT/CT bone images;next,to render the integrated images of the cases to 3 radiologists to analyse the images quality.Results The bone imaging and the integrated image quality are alike between the low nuclide dose and the regular one.The result of ROI counting quantitative analysis shows that the count difference between the two doses is 7.78% on average.Conclusion The bone imaging and the integrated images quality used in low dose can reach the diagnostic standard.It can be generally used in the patients,support staff and public.
