摘 要:传统三相PWM(pulse width modulation)整流器需要乘法器、DQ坐标变换和网侧电压检测,控制算法复杂。为此,采用单周期算法控制PWM整流器,可以简化设计;推导了单周期控制OOC(one cycle control)三相PWM整流器的控制规律,证明了其与SPWM(sinusoidal pulse width modulation)的等价关系,并探讨了系统的稳定性,提出了控制环节参数的设计方法。建立了10 kW三相PWM整流器的仿真模型,该仿真模型比传统的SPWM控制方法具有动态响应快、控制方法简单、稳定性高等优点,并实现了单位功率因数;最后通过实验验证了单周期控制三相PWM整流器的可行性和高效性。Conventional three-phase PWM rectifier requires multiplier,dq coordinate transformation and network side voltage detection,and control algorithm is complex.In this paper,one cycle controlled PWM rectifier can simplify the design.This paper deduces the control principle of the one-cycle controlled three-phase PWM rectifier,proves its equivalent relation with the SPWM,studies the stability of the system and proposes the design method of parameters in control aspect.A 10 kW three-phase PWM rectifier simulation model is set up,and compared to the traditional SPWM control method this model has a faster dynamic response,simpler control method,higher stability and realizes the unit power factor.Finally feasibility and efficiency of one-cycle controlled three-phase PWM rectifier are validated through experiment.
