广西玉林地区女性青少年头发微量元素含量年龄特征的研究

摘　　要：目的： 对广西玉林地区２８６ 名７ ～１６ 岁女性青少年头发中９ 种微量元素（ Ｆｅ 、 Ｚｎ 、 Ｃａ、 Ｍｇ 、 Ｃｕ 、 Ｃｒ、 Ｃｏ 、 Ｎｉ、 Ｓｅ） 的含量进行测定分析。方法： 用偏振塞曼原子吸收仪测试。结果： Ｍｇ 、 Ｃｒ、 Ｎｉ 随年龄的增长而增加； Ｚｎ 、 Ｃａ 随年龄的增长而减少。结论： Ｚｎ 、 Ｃａ 、 Ｃｒ、 Ｎｉ、 Ｃｕ 、 Ｍｇ 为影响青少年生长发育阶段的主要贡献微量元素， 从而表现出不同生长发育阶段各微量元素含量变化的年龄特征。Objective: To analyzed the contents of 9 trace elements taken by the proximal end of scalp hair for 286 female children (7～16 years)in Yulin area of Guangxi. Method:Atomic Absorption spectrometry. Result: The levels of Mg, Cr, Ni increased with age, and Zn, Ca decreased.Conclusion: By stepwise regression analysis,Zn,Ca,Cr,Ni,Cu and Mg were found to be mainly influenced by 7～16 years. It was considered that the levels of trace elements in hair were greatly influenced by age and growth development.
