摘  要:试验研究了低氮胁迫对玉米叶片保护酶活性的影响。结果表明:低氮胁迫下,各品种植株的MDA含量变化较大;CAT、POD活性变化较大,都呈单峰曲线变化,以正常施氮处理水平下CAT活性最高,且随着施氮量的降低逐渐降低,以无氮处理水平下POD活性最高,且随着施氮量的增加而逐渐降低;而SOD活性虽呈现单峰曲线变化,但却随着施氮量的增加而升高。在低氮胁迫条件下,"郑单958"、"先玉335"保护酶活性较高,丙二醛含量较低,抗衰老能力强,适应环境能力较强,叶片衰老慢。Effects of low nitrogen stress on activities of protective enzymes of maize leaf were studied. The results showed that: Under low nitrogen stress, MDA content in plant species changed greatly; CAT and POD activities changed greatly, showing a single peak curve, and in the normal nitrogen treatment level, CAT activities were the highest, and decreased with the decrease of nitrogen; In the no nitrogen treatment level, POD activities were the highest, but decreased with the increase of nitrogen. The SOD activity was the opposite, and although the changes showed a single peak, it increased with the increase of nitrogen. Under the low N stress conditions, activities of protective enzymes of "zhengdan 958" and "xianyu 335" were higher, MDA was lower, anti-aging ability and the ability to adapt to the environment were higher, and leaf senescence was slower.
