摘 要:研究了低温弱光逆境下不同浓度壳聚糖溶液对番茄幼苗某些生理指标的影响。结果表明:浓度为50~100mg/L壳聚糖溶液能明显提高幼苗POD的活性,降低MDA含量和电解质外渗透率,保持一定的根系活力及较高的净光合速率。浓度为400mg/L壳聚糖溶液的POD活性、根系活力、净光合速率低于其他浓度处理,表明高浓度的壳聚糖溶液不能提高番茄幼苗的抗性,甚至会造成抗性下降。各浓度处理间的Fu/Fm值差异不显著,说明逆境未对PSⅡ造成伤害,且壳聚糖处理后影响不明显。Influences of chitosan on physiological indices of tomato seedlings under low temperature and poor light level were studied. The results showed that chitosan solution could increase POD activity, de- crease MDA content and leakage rate of eleetrolyt, and maintain a certain root activity and net photosynthetic rate (Pn) in concentration range of 50--100 mg/L. POD activity, root activity, leakage rate of electrolyt and Pn in concentration of 400 mg/L were lower than those of other treatments,which indicated that high concentration of chitosan solution could not improve resistance of tomato seedlings. There was no obvious difference in Fv/Fm among treatments, which showed that the stress did not do any damage to the PS Ⅱ , and had no effect after chitosan treatment.
