摘 要:针对作战中可能面临敌方不同机型预警机威胁的情景,以及威胁属性等级确定的复杂性和不确定性,决策过程中的各属性值以区间数的形式给出。在研究预警机系统功能基础上,采用不确定多属性决策理论中的逼近理想点排序法,解决属性值为区间数的多属性决策问题。根据属性集的规划,提出预警机威胁等级评估方法,建立了预警机威胁度排序的数学模型,从而得到了敌方各预警机型的相对威胁度排序,为指挥员决策提供依据,并通过算例验证了方法与模型的可行性和有效性。Considering the possibility of multiple sorties of Early Warning Aircraft (EWA) threat in combat, and the complexity and uncertainty in determining the threat levels, we assigned each attribute value in the form of interval number in decision-making process. The systemic function of EWA was studied at first. Then, sequencing by similarity to ideal solution, a method of uncertain multi-attrlbute decision making theory, was adopted to solve the decision-making problem of attribute value with interval number. An algorithm for evaluating the threat level of EWAs was proposed according to the scheming of attribute set, the mathematic model of threat level sequencing was established, and thus the relative threat level sequencing of each EWA was obtained, which could supply a reference for decision-making of the commander. The feasibility and effectiveness of the method was verified by an example.
