摘  要:为了研究自修复用非牛顿幂律流体在双尺度网状通道中的层流流阻特性,分别建立了分析解模型和数值模拟模型,计算了双尺度结构和均匀结构的流阻相对大小.分析解结果表明:在流道体积相同时采用优化双尺度结构多数裂隙点的充注流阻小于均匀尺度结构,幂律指数越大,采用双尺度结构的优势越明显.典型的数值解结果与分析解一致,表明在高细维数(>10)结构和低雷诺数(<10)层流流动条件下,分析解具有足够的精度.研究结果为流道优化提供了方向和新的数据.In order to investigate the flow resistance characteristics of self-repairing non-Newtonian power-law fluid flowing in a two-size,net-shaped structure,analytical and numerical models were built.The relative flow resistance of a fluid moving from two-size duct structure to a uniform size duct structure was calculated.The analytical results show that when the volume of the fluid ducts is specified,an optimized two-size duct structure provides less flow resistance for most crack sites than a uniform size duct structure.The higher the power law index,the greater the advantage of the two-size duct structure.Typical numerical simulation results agree well with the analytical results,illustrating that when the svelteness number is high(10) and the Reynolds number of laminar flow is low(10),analytical solutions are accurate.The results provide new data and guidance for fluid duct optimization.
