摘　　要：研究了经过化学-力学处理铬革屑后得到的胶原纤维与聚氨酯复合湿法成膜材料的性能。结果表明:铬革屑经质量分数为10%、用量为4%的明胶改性后进行机械粉碎,可以制成胶原微细纤维粉,将其按聚氨酯的8%添加到聚氨酯中复合成膜,能有效地提高膜的卫生性能与力学性能。Characteristics of wet forming polyurethane membrane blended with collagen fibers, which obtained from chrome-containing leather waste with chemical and mechanical treatment, were investigated. The results showed that the hygienic performance and mechanical properties of collagen fiber/polyurethane complex membrane, which produced by blending polyurethane and 8% （ based on the weight of polyurethane） collagen micro-fiber powder obtained by modifing chrome shaving with gelatin and mechanical crushing, were improved.
