物理疗法治疗放射性颈椎后凸畸形52例

摘　　要：目的　探讨物理疗法对放射性颈椎后凸畸形的临床作用。方法　对５２例放射性颈椎后凸畸形患者行按摩、功能锻炼和牵引。结果　所有患者接受２ 个疗程的理疗，颈椎曲度改善为７８．８％（４１／５２），颈肩痛改善为９０．４％ （４７／５２）；头痛头昏为５２．０％ （２７／５２），上肢放射痛或发木为７３．１％（３８／５２），颈椎活动改善较治疗前有非常显著差异（Ｐ＜ ０．０１）。结论　物理疗法不仅对放射性软组织纤维化有良好的疗效，而且对颈椎畸形和颈椎功能恢复有良好疗效。? Objective To study the clinical effect of physical therapy of patients with cervical radio kyphosis.Methods 52 patients with cervical radio kyphosis were treated with massage,function exercise and traction.Results All of 52 patients received 2 therapeutic courses.The improvement of cervical spine curvature was 78.8%,of cervical shoulder pain was 90.4%,of headache and head dizzy were 52.0%,of radioactivity pain and numbness in upper extremity were 73.1%.There was a significant difference in the improvement of action of cervical spine(P<0.01).Conclusion Physical therapy can not only prevent soft tissue from radioactive fibrillating but also correct the curvature of cervical kyphosis and improve the function of cervical spine. 〔
