摘　　要：今存魏晋时代的《庄子》注本中,《司马彪〈庄子〉注》是保存得比较完整的一种。《司马彪〈庄子〉注》有很高的文献价值:它保存有《庄子》异文、佚文,这有助于《庄子》的文字校勘和训诂;它还存有今已不传的古书名及与他书相异的注释,为研究《庄子》及相关文献提供了难得的线索。Among the existent annotated versions of Zhuangzi dated to Wei and Jin period,the Notes on Zhuangzi by Sima Biao is a well-preserved one.The book is of high documentary value,for it has preserved the different and otherwise missing words used in the original version of Zhuangzi and can facilitate the collation and phonetic study of the words in Zhuangzi.The book also preserves some missing ancient place names and notes different from other versions and thus provides valuable clues for the study of Zhuangzi and other related documents.
