合肥市北城区水库湿地公园建设可行性研究

摘　　要：建设湿地公园是湿地保护和合理利用的一种成功模式,是《国际湿地公约》所提倡的发展方向。近年来,国内外的湿地公园建设得到迅速发展。合肥市北城区水库湿地的保护与利用关系到合肥市的生态发展战略,对水库湿地的开发进行研究及生态建设具有非常重要的意义。文章针对合肥市北城区丰富的水库资源的保护与利用方式——湿地公园建设的可行性进行研究,并就此提出相应的建议。Constructing the wetland park is a successful pattern for the protection and rational utilization of wetland, which is advocated by the Convention on Wetland. Therefore, the wetland parks have been developed rapidly both at home and abroad in recent years. The protection and utilization of the wetland in reservoir area at North District of Hefei is crucial for the strategies of ecological devel- opment in Hefei, and for the researches on the development and ecological environment of reservoir wetland as well. This paper first studies the feasibility of constructing wetland park in reservoir area at North District of Hefei, which is regarded as a way to protect and utilize the abundant water resources in this area, and then puts forward some corresponding advices.
