摘　　要：公平是构建社会主义和谐社会的应有之义,也是社会主义新农村建设价值追求之一。新农村建设就是要促进城乡协调发展,缩小城乡发展差距,促进社会公平。同时,新农村建设要特别注意避免在农村社会内部造成过于严重的贫富分化问题。要在新农村建设的初始阶段,就解决好农村社会内部弱势群体的生活保障问题,促进农村社会内部的公平与和谐。Fairness is necessary for socialist harmonious society,is the primary pursuit value of the construction of socialist new rural.New rural construction is to promote the coordinated development of urban and rural areas and narrow the development gap between urban and rural areas,promote social equity.Meanwhile,the new rural construction must pay special attention to avoid causing too serious rich-poor problem internal rural society.In the initial stages of building new countryside,to solve the internal security of the lives of vulnerable groups,promote rural equity and harmony within rural society.
