摘 要:针对油田中现有的数据传输系统安全性不稳定、实时性差、信号不稳定、传输速度慢等多种局限性,提出一种新型的数据传输系统,在油田中使用WiFi无线网络实现远距离数据的传输。该系统采用波迅(Wavion)WBS-2400基站和客户端设备,井口安装了MD-RS28井下永久压力温度遥测设备、无线示功仪、高速网络监控球机等,可以通过无线网络链路实时监控井场图像、井下压力温度、示功图等。这种系统克服了恶劣的自然环境,使无线信号基本覆盖了整个油田,大大提高了数据的传输效率,增强了数据传输的实时性,且安装和维护方便,对于探索油田矿区视频、测控链路一体化具有十分重要的意义。The existing data transmission systems in oilfield had some disadvantages such as unstable security,poor real-time, unstable signal,slow data transmission and so on, this paper proposed a new data transmission system, which used the WiFi wireless network in the oilfield to realize the long-distance range data transmission. The system used Wave Motion (Wavion) WBS-2400 base stations and client equipment. MD-RS28 permanent downhole pressure and temperature telemetry equipment, wireless dynamometer and high-speed network monitoring ball machine were installed in the wellhead. The system had overcome the bad natural environment, and made the wireless signal covered the entire oilfield basically, which greatly raised the data transmission efficiency and strengthened read-time data transmission. The installment and maintenance of the system were convenient. It is significant to the exploration of oil field video and monitoring and control link integration.
