摘　　要：为了提高测氡仪温湿度测量的精度及实时性,提出了数字式温湿度传感器SHT15在测氡仪中的应用方案。首先介绍了数字式温湿度传感器SHT15的基本特点、工作原理、内部结构,测量分辨率和测量范围,操作命令及启动时序,同时给出了SHT15温湿度传感器在嵌入式系统中的应用,利用SHT15与S3C2440A微控制器组成了测氡仪的温湿度测控系统,并详细介绍了硬件电路设计,软件设计及温湿度、露点的计算方法。实验结果表明,与传统的模拟式温度和湿度传感器相比,基于SHT15的测氡仪温湿度测控系统具有电路结构简单、实时性强、精度高、稳定性好等特点。This paper proposed the applications of digital temperature and humidity sensor SHT15 in Radon Measurement,In order to improve the accuracy and real-time of Radon Measurement temperature and humidity measurement, firstly ,introduced the basic characteristics,working principle,internal structure, measurement resolution and measurement range of the SHT15, then gave its application in embedded system design.Constituted the temperature and humidity system of Radon Measurement used the SHT15 and the S3C2440A mierocontrollers Futher,it introduced the hardware circuit and software design,the calculation of the temperature and humidity and dew point. The experimental results show that the temperature and humidity control system based on SHT15 compared to the traditional,has the performance of simple structure, good real-time, high accuracy and good stability.
