摘 要:目的观察甘草汤对大鼠心肌缺血再灌注损伤的影响,并探讨其机制。方法采用结扎左冠状动脉前降支15min,再灌注30min后制备大鼠心肌缺血再灌注模型,以再灌性心律失常、血清NO含量和心肌Ca2+-Mg2+-ATPase活性为观察指标。结果甘草汤组动物再灌注心律失常发生率低于模型组(P<0.01),血清NO含量显著提高(P<0.01),Ca2+-Mg2+-ATPase活性明显增强(P<0.01)。与心律平组比较,甘草汤组各项指标无显著性差异(P>0.05)。结论甘草汤对心肌缺血再灌性心律失常具有保护作用,其机制可能与提高NO含量,减轻钙超载有关。Objective To observe The effects of Gancao decoction on myocardial ischemia-reperfusion injury in rats and its mechanism.Methods Myocardial ischemia-reperfusion injury model was induced by ligation of the left anterior descending coronary artery 15min followed by 30min reperfusion.All the indexes(reperfusion arrhythmia,serum NO and myocardial Ca2+-Mg2+-ATPase activity) were measured.Results Compared with model group,the incidence of reperfusion arrhythmias of Gancao decoction group was obviously decreased(P0.01),serum NO were significantly elevated(P0.01),Ca2+-Mg2+-ATPase activity was markedly increased(P0.01).Compared with propafenone group,all the indexes of Gancao decoction showed no significant differences(P0.05).Conclusions Gancao decoction is protective to heart against ischemia-reperfusion arrhythmia,of which the mechanism may be related to increasing NO content and reducing the Ca2+ overload.
