续断骨伤合剂在促进骨折愈合中对血生化指标的影响

摘　　要：目的观察续断骨伤合剂在促进骨折愈合中对血生化指标方面的影响。方法将64只SD大鼠分为模型组和治疗组,均造成右胫骨骨缺损模型后分笼饲养,治疗组用续断骨伤合剂浓缩液灌胃,术后4d、7d、14d、28d取血样本和骨折标本,行CR摄片和血生化指标检测。结果治疗组的血清ALP在第7、14、28大升高显著均高于对照组(P<0.05或P<0.01),其血清钙磷离子浓度乘积在第4、7、14大升高较对照组显著(P<0.01)。结论 :推测续断骨伤合剂促进骨折愈合的机制是通过提高骨折愈合中血清ALP的活性,升高钙磷乘积,促进钙盐沉积,从而增强体内成骨活动。Objective To explore the efficacy of Xuduan Gushang Mixture in bone fracture healing and its effects on blood biochemical indexes.Methods The 64 SD rats were raised in different cages after the bone fracture models were established by making defects in the right tibia bones.Then the rats were divided randomly into two groups：control group and treatment group.Gastric administration of Xuduan Gushang mixture concentrated solution were given to the treatment group.The following signs were observed 4d,7d,14d,28d after operation： fracture specimens（undergone computed radiography）,blood biochemical indexes（detected in blood samples）.Results Serum ALP in the treatment group were significantly increased at 7d,14d,28d（P0.05 or P0.01）,compared with control group.Serum calcium and phosphorus ion concentration products of the treatment group were significantly elevated at 4d,7d,14d as compared with that in control group（P0.01）.Conclusions The promotive effects of Xuduan Gushang Mixture may be due to enhancing the activity of serum ALP,increasing calcium and phosphorus product,promoting the calcium deposition,and therefore promoting osteogenic activity.
