摘　　要：目的优选理气消瘿片水提取部分的最佳提取工艺。方法采用正交试验法考察理气消瘿片的水提取条件,以复方中所含总皂苷、总多糖的含量和收膏率为评价指标,确定合理的水提取工艺。结果最佳水提取工艺条件为:提取3次,每次加12倍量水,提取1.5h,首次浸泡0.5h。结论优选的提取工艺稳定可行,适用于理气消瘿片水提部分的提取。Objective To optimize the extraction technology for the Liqi Xiaoying Tablets.Methods The compound in total saponins,total polysaccharide and ointment collecting rate of evaluation indexes with water as solvent,orthogonal experiment was applied for investigating the best extraction process.Results The best extraction process was that every sample underwent 3 times extraction,each time adding 12 times the amount of water and each extraction,lasting 1.5 hours,soaking 0.5 hours at the first time.Conclusions The optimized technology was stable,feasible and suitable for the extraction of the part of water extraction of the Liqi Xiaoying Tablets.
