摘　　要：开发了基于新式小型飞行时间质谱计（Ｍｉｎｉ－ＴＯＦＭＳ）的便携式分析系统。整个仪器包括小型飞行管、配套电源和小型分子泵——薄膜机组等，体积仅为４５ｃｍ×６０ｃｍ×２５ｃｍ。实测质量分辨体领（Ｍ／ΔＭ）５０％Ｈ可达３００，质量范围达到５００ａｍｕ。仪器小巧轻便，具有较高的性能价格比，在大气污染监测和工业气体成分在线分析等领域有应用前景。Abstract A portable in situ TOFMS analysis system based on Mini TOFMS has been developed. It consists of a mini flight tube, power supplies and a tiny turbomolecular diaphragm pumping system with a total volume of 45cm×60cm×25cm only. The mass resolution could be reached to 300 and the mass range is 500amu. With the advantages of the novel compact design and high performance to cost ratio, it can be used for monitoring air pollution to as well as industrial in situpartial pressure analysis.
