氨基磺酸阻燃聚氨酯泡沫塑料的性能研究

摘　　要：以氨基磺酸,氢氧化铝,硫酸铝为阻燃剂,以冲击强度和平均燃烧时间为指标,利用冲击强度、扫描电子显微镜(SEM)、水平垂直燃烧测定仪及热重分析仪(TGA)等手段,并通过多指标正交实验设计及直观分析研究了氨基磺酸对阻燃聚氨酯泡沫塑料的影响。结果表明,氨基磺酸3份,氢氧化铝20份,硫酸铝20份,采用多指标法制备的阻燃PUF兼顾了阻燃性能和冲击性能的需要,其达到B1难燃材料的标准,冲击强度为2.69 kJ/m2。With sulfamic acid,aluminum and aluminum sulfate as flame retardants,impact strength and average burning time as indexes,using impact strength,SEM,horizontal and vertical burning tester and TGA means,using multiple attribute orthogonal experimental design and intiutive analysis,the effect of sulfamic acid on flame retardant PUF were studied.The results showed when adding 3 sulfamic acid,20 aluminum,20 aluminum sulfate,the flame retardant PUF,which satisfied the demand of both flame retardant performance and impact resistance,standard of B1 flame retardant materials can be prepared,the impact strength was 2.69 kJ/m2.
