摘 要:以稀土盐硫酸高铈为催化剂,通过丁酮和乙二醇反应合成了丁酮乙二醇缩酮;探讨了硫酸高铈对缩酮反应的催化活性、酮醇物质的量比、催化剂用量、反应时间诸因素对收率的影响。实验表明,硫酸高铈是合成丁酮乙二醇缩酮的良好催化剂,在n(酮)∶n(醇)=1∶1.4,催化剂用量为反应物料总质量的0.4%,环己烷为带水剂,反应时间1.0 h的优化条件下,丁酮乙二醇缩酮的收率可达73.6%.Butanone glycol ketal was synthesized from butanone and ethylene glycol in the presence of ceric sulfate hydrate.The factors influencing the synthesis were discussed and the best conditions were found out.The optimum conditions are as follows:molar ratio of butanone to ethylene glycol was 1∶1.4,the quantity of catalyst was equal to 0.4% of feed stock,and the reaction time was 1.0 h.Ceric sulfate hydrate was an excellent catalyst for synthesizing butanone glycol ketal and its yield can reach over 73.6%.
