摘  要:为探明野生茄托鲁巴姆(Solanum torvum)叶片土壤添加物和浸提物对茄子抗黄萎病的调控机制,采取盆栽试验测定了托鲁巴姆叶片土壤添加物和浸提物对茄子黄萎病的预防和治疗作用,并研究了其对茄子植株生长和抗性相关生理指标的影响。结果表明,土壤添加物的治疗和预防作用防治效果分别为30.43%和50.00%,而浸提物的防效分别为66.15%和65.68%,防病效果显著。土壤添加物和浸提物有促进植株生长、提高植株根系活力的作用,经土壤添加物和浸提物处理的接菌(感病)植株叶片相对电导率增幅明显低于对照,叶片和根系的MDA和脯氨酸含量显著低于对照,可溶性糖含量显著高于对照。Pot experiments were conducted to investigate the control effects of soil amendments and extracts from the wild eggplant (Solanum torvum) leaves against the Verticillium wilt of eggplants. The growth and physiochemical indexes related to the disease resistance of eggplant were determined. The results showed that remedial and preventive effects of the soil amendments were 30.43% and 50.00%, respectively, while the effects of the extracts were 66.15% and 65.68%, respectively. A significant treatment and prevention effects were observed.The growth and root activity of plants were both enhanced by soil amendments and extracts. Increasing amplitude of the relative electric conductivity of the leaves infected with Verticilliurn was significantly lower than that of the control. Compared with the control, the contents of malonaldehyde (MDA) and free proline in leaves and roots were markedly decreased. However, soluble sugars were significantly increased.
