类风湿关节炎患者血脂变化及临床意义

摘　　要：目的:观察活动期类风湿关节炎(RA)患者血脂的变化及临床意义。方法:选择RA患者56例,其中活动期30例,非活动期26例,另选30例健康体检者作为对照组,均进行血脂水平和红细胞沉降率(ESR)、C反应蛋白(CRP)、类风湿因子(RF)检测。结果:活动期RA患者高密度脂蛋白胆固醇(HDL-C)水平均较非活动期组和对照组显著降低(P<0.01),非活动期RA患者与对照组HDL-C水平差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);活动期和非活动期RA患者的甘油三酯、总胆固醇、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇水平与对照组差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。RA患者ESR与HDL-C呈负相关关系(P<0.01),而CRP、RF和HDL-C均无相关关系。结论:RA患者体内血脂水平发生异常,炎症反应对脂代谢具有调节作用。Objective：To observe the changes and the clinical significances of blood lipids in patients with rheumatoid arthritis（RA） in active phase.Methods：Fifty-six patients with RA（30 cases of active type,26 non-active） and 30 healthy controls were randomly chosen.Plasma lipids,erythrocyte sedimentation rate（ESR）,C reactive protein（CRP） and rheumatoid factor（RF） were studied.All data were subjected to statistical analysis.Results：The high-density lipoprotein cholesterol（HDL-C） level in active RA group was significantly decreased as compared with normal control group（P0.01）;there was no difference in HDL-C level between non-active RA group and normal control group（P0.05）;however,levels of serum total cholesterol,triglyceride and low-density lipoprotein cholesterol had no significant differences among these three groups（P0.05）.Conclusions：The levels of plasma lipids in patient with RA are abnormal,which is related to inflammation activity.
