摘 要:中国产权市场是一项具有中国特色的资本市场制度安排,产权市场经过20多年的发展已经成为中国资本市场不可缺少的一个板块。近年来由于产权市场中可交易的国有资产存量的逐步较少,产权市场出现了存续的危机。在此期间组建区域产权市场成为了在原产权交易市场基础上的一大创新,但是区域经济发展的状况不甚良好,就盲目地建立区域产权交易市场,仍然是解决不了区域产权市场乃至全国产权市场的存续问题。本文通过一些文献综述从学理上说明产权市场存在的必要性,宏观地分析了全国区域产权市场的发展概况,并选取皖江区域产权市场作为案例,通过企业产权交易的统计分析,总结出一些发展的经验和不足,提出一系列政策建议完善我国区域性产权市场机制,充分发挥区域产权市场功能,促进我国区域产权市场可持续发展。China's property market is an arrangement of capital market system with Chinese charac-teristics.After 20 years of development,property market has become an indispensable part of capital market of China.In recent years,due to gradual decline of state-owned assets stock,there appeared existence crises in property market.During this time,the formation of regional property markets on the basis of the original property market became an innovative development,but if the regional economic development is not very good,the development of regional property market still does not solve sustainable problems of property market.This paper explains the necessity of property market by reviewing related literature,gives a macro analysis of a national overview of the regional property market development,then selects Wanjiang as a case of the regional property market,and then,through statistical analysis of enterprise property rights,sums up some experiences and shortages,and finally puts forward some policy recommendations for perfecting the market mechanism of regional property rights,giving full play to its market functions and promoting sustainable development of China's regional property market.
