摘 要:利用水膜减阻输送技术可提高超稠油管道的输送效率。使用长200m、管径108×6mm的试验管道研究了具有流体特性的超稠油在70~85℃、含水率在4%~12%条件下,水膜输送减阻率与含水率的关系。为了减小误差,分别对管段1(0-100m段)、管段2(100-200m段)和管段3(整条管段)进行试验研究。结果表明:将油流速度控制在0.05~0.11m/s,且在原油不发生乳化的前提下,在一定范围内,随着含水率的升高,超稠油水膜输送减阻率增大,当油品含水率为4%~6%时,减阻率的上升趋势最为明显;当含水率大干6%时,减阻率基本维持在90%;试验管段2由于温降相对较小,其减阻率最大值可达95%。The transportation efficiency of super heavy oil pipeline can be increased by using the water film drag reduction technology. The relation between water cut and drag reduction rate based on water film transportation technology is studied for super heavy oil with flow behavior at the temperature from 70℃ to 85 ℃ and water cut from 4% to 12% through a 200-meters-long experiment pipeline with 108.6 mm. In order to reduce error,the experiment pipeline is divided into three segments,in which the pipe segment 1,pipe segment 2 and pipe segment 3 represent that of 0~100 m,100~200 m and 0~200 m in the 200-meter-long pipeline. Experiment results indicate that the water cut will raise in the certain range and the drag reduction rate for super heavy oil based on water film transportation will increase when the flow rate of oil is controlled in 0.05~0.11 m/s in the precondition of not emulsified crude oil. The increasing tendency of drag reducing rate is most significant when the water cut of oil is from 4% to 6%,and the drag reducing rate will maintain at 90% when the water cut is more than 6%. The maximum drag reducing rate in experiment section 2 can reach 95% due to the relatively low temperature drop.
