摘 要:针对长庆油田多层系油藏采出水性质差异较大,集输系统管道中结垢严重的情况,对油田不同层系采出水的水质进行分析。结果表明:油田采出水的矿化度高、钙镁离子含量高、同时含有钡和锶。基于采出水的水质分析,采用混输污垢监测实验平台模拟了油田集输系统的运行工况,得出了不同层系采出水混输的最优、最差运行工况及污垢年沉积量,为长庆油田集输系统的运行优化提供了依据。针对不同的结垢情况,主要防垢技术包括:避免不相容的水混合、控制物理条件、使用防垢剂和工艺优化。The gathering systems in Changqing Oilfield appear scaling problems due to the characters of produced water from multiple strata reservoir. The characters of produced water from different stratas are analyzed,and it is found that the produced water (PW)is of high TSD,high Ca2+and Mg2+ contents together with Ba2+ and Sr2+. According to the analysis results,gathering system operational conditions are simulated by mixed transportation scaling monitor system. The best and worst operational conditions of PW from different stratas have been obtained,which provides an optimization base for the operation of gathering system. The main anti-scale methods include avoiding mixing of incompatible water,controlling physical conditions,using scale inhibitor and optimizing transportation process.
