互联网成瘾综合征患者失匹配负波和关联性负变对照研究

摘　　要：目的探讨互联网成瘾综合征(IAD)患者失匹配负波(MMN)、关联性负变(CNV)异常特点及临床应用价值,为IAD的诊断和治疗提供科学依据。方法以符合1997年美国心理学年会IAD诊断标准的IAD患者80例作为观察组,同时另设40例健康同龄人作为正常对照组,使用Nicolet Spirit脑电生理仪,采用光和声成对刺激以及听觉靶—非靶刺激序列技术,对比观察2组MMN、CNV变化情况。结果与正常组比较,IAD组MMN潜伏期差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),波幅下降(3.45±4.39)μV vs(8.05±5.6)μV,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。与正常组比较,IAD组CNVA点潜伏期,A-S2'潜伏期、B点波幅,A-S2'波面积、C点未回基线出现率差异无统计学意义(P值均>0.05)。结论 MMN波幅变异特点对IAD患者认知功能、焦虑和抑郁情绪的临床诊断有参考意义。Objective To investigate the features and clinical application of mismatch negativity （MMN ） and contingent negative variation （ CNV ） in patients with Interact Addiction. Methods Eighty patients with Internet Addiction （IAD） , 40 normal controls were involved. The eventrelated potentials （ERP） MMN and CNV were recorded with Nicolet Spirit Instrument. Results A significant difference of amplitude of MMN between IAD group and normal control group and the amplitude decreased （ 3.45±4. 39 ） μV and （ 8.05 ±5.6 ）μV （ P 〈 0. 01）. The latency of MMN, A and A -S2＇ latency, B amplitude, A -S2＇ area, PINV prolonged rate of CNV were not significant between patients with lAD and normal control group（ P 〉 0.05 ）. Conclusion The new characteristics of MMN amplitude might be useful indexes for diagnosing anxiety, depression and cognitive function.
